CURRENCY: All prices are in Canadian currency.
SHIPPING: Local pick up only by customer at 6745 Fairmount Dr SE, Calgary, AB, during business hours and within 2 days of purchase. Pick-up of larger items must be scheduled at 403-251-4493 during business hours. Delivery can also be arranged for Calgary and area for an additional fee - please indicate at checkout that you would like a delivery quote. Please refer to our Shipping page for details.
TAXES: GST of 5% will be added to the total purchase amount at check-out.
TELEPHONE ORDERS: If you're not able to make it into the store, you can place your order by telephone during business hours at 403-251-4493. We accept Visa or MasterCard for phone orders.
SUBJECT TO PRIOR SALE: Many item featured in the Calgary Furniture Exchange website are unique. When you see something of interest, we encourage you to come into the store to purchase it, or place your phone order right away to avoid disappointment. Due to the unique nature of our inventory, many items featured in our online catalog sell very quickly. Please call us at 403-251-4493 during business hours or email (Contact Us) with any questions. All items shown on the website are subject to prior sale. Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and are sold on both by phone order and in our showroom, there is a chance that an item on our site has already been sold. We work very hard to avoid this. In the event the item you have purchased has been already sold, we will notify you as quickly as possible and a refund will be processed.
FACTUAL OR PRICING ERRORS: Calgary Furniture Exchange makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website, but occasionally mistakes do happen. We reserve the right to correct any factual or pricing errors.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: In-Store Purchases can be made by Cash, Debit, Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Telephone orders can be made by Visa or MasterCard. Please note that Financing is also available. Please see in store for details.
PICK-UP OF ITEMS: Once you've received a notice that your item(s ) is ready for pickup, please pick up it up within 48 hours unless a mutually agreed upon date has been established. For larger items, a specific pickup time will be arranged. If accommodation for special circumstance is required, please contact us by phone (Contact Us) or email and we'll be happy to help.
SHIPPING INFORMATION: At this time, only local delivery to the Calgary, Alberta, Canada area is required. If you require a local delivery, Calgary Furniture Exchange will help arrange shipping through third party companies that we work with daily. Fees for delivery are the responsibility of the buyer and can vary depending on distance, size and number of item(s), and whether stairs or an elevator are involved.
RETURN POLICY: We do our best to accurately describe our items, including any obvious flaws. However, antiques and resale items are seldom perfect. If you have any questions about an item, please email (Contact Us) or call us at 403-251-4493 during business hours with your questions, otherwise, please come into our Showroom at 6745 Fairmount Dr SE to view the item(s) in person. For in-store purchases, please inspect your item(s) carefully prior to purchase.
